Brox AI, a U.S.-based survey company, is seeking parents and caregivers of children (ages 12–17) with alopecia areata living in the U.S.

This survey is commissioned by one of the world’s largest pharmaceutical companies, which seeks to understand the real experiences of children with alopecia areata and to improve treatment and care for them.

By participating in this survey, your opinions will be heard and considered by decision-makers who can drive real change in our alopecia community.

Survey Format & Compensation

This online survey takes about 1 hour, and upon successful completion you will receive a $50 online gift card of your choice (VISA, Amazon, Walmart, Starbucks, and more).

Their unique online video survey app, Brox Panel allows participants to share their opinions in a highly efficient and effective way without lengthy multiple-choice questions or text boxes.

Each video response is typically less than one minute, and artificial intelligence securely transcribes and analyzes responses, making the overall process simple and low-pressure.

Your privacy is fully protected and videos will not be shared publicly.



How It Works

Participating is simple and can be done online in five easy steps:

  1. Sign up and log in to Brox Panel (~1 min)
    You’ll receive a confirmation email to verify your account and log in to Brox Panel.
  2. Take the Welcome Survey (~3 min)
    Short video responses to get comfortable with the video response format.
  3. Complete a short survey (~10 min)
    This is to confirm you qualify for the study.
  4. Take the alopecia areata survey (~45 min)
    Share your child’s experience living with alopecia areata, as well as your experience caring for them, through short video responses.
  5. Earn points and redeem your gift card
    Upon successful completion, your submission will be reviewed within 72 hours. Once approved, redeem your points for a $50 gift card of your choice.
